Lyndsey Hall
Lyndsey joined Hepworth Browne in 2023, qualifying as a UK Trade Mark Attorney in the summer of 2025. Lyndsey has extensive experience in all aspects of intellectual property management, including ownership transfer and assignment work. She has a high degree of knowledge in trade mark work both in the UK and internationally, including active support of trade mark oppositions conducted before both the Tribunal Section of the UKIPO and in the High Court and assisting small businesses and entrepreneurs obtain trade mark protection. Other aspects of her established skill set include conducting due diligence as part of business mergers and acquisition “M&A” work.
Lyndsey has worked in the IP field since 1998, originally qualifying as a US Paralegal whilst working at a mid-sized US law firm and then in-house at a biotech company in North Carolina. Lyndsey also dual-qualified as an IP Paralegal before both CIPA (patents) and CITMA (trade marks) in the UK and obtaining the EPAC qualification at the European Patent Office.
